Shipping Processing Time

All orders for La Dosis are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 days

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time during busy periods.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your La Dosis product has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes tracking information. Tracking details should be available within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

La Dosis is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other additional fees that may be applied to your order during or after shipping. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

We ensure that every order is carefully packaged. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping

At this time, La Dosis Michelada Mix is only available for shipping within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
